Dynamics Content Management, content type Drawing, created since 2025-01-01. Done = 4 - Requires Checking or later (board item 603).

Dynamics projects, active, owned by Tony, Mark or Trevor or in the Machining department. Projects stay in Dynamics; they feed the performance review.

Dynamics cases typed Product Quality or Product Failure, open. Start a failure report from the case the seal failed on.

Inspection report
Type the part number first: the profile, its photo, the measuring points and the checklist load from the part. A part on vendor watch adds the watch checks.

Failure analysis report
For a part that failed at a customer. Start from the Dynamics case, record the application the way Parker's Design Action Request asks for it, pick the failure modes from what the seal shows, then write the cause and what we recommend.
